I'm pretty sure Jesse can put those things behind him. Besides, we've got lots of guys on our team with hopes of going to the NFL one day.

In all my dealing with him, it was nothing but positive. A good guy to work with.

In just a short period of time Dan accomplished some very good things here. Dan had the respect of the coaches and players both on and off the field and although he wasn't here that long had a very positive impact on the team.

In camp we watched him and felt he was a good football player and he just gets better and better.

I'm sure whichever one they use, their game plan will be structured to what he does best. We've talked about the different scenarios we know of .... we're just going to have to hit it on the fly.

Nothing's going to be given to him because of all the attention he's got. He's going to have to earn it and he knows that. It's no different than when he came out of high school to McMaster.

They should be the heart and soul of your team. They should be an extension of the coach on the court and in some form be the leader of the team.
